Port of Spain, Trinidad, 5th October 2016: Diligence, focus and determination - these were the habits that Trinidad and Tobago 400M Olympian, Machel Cedenio, told students assisted in his reaching the 2016 Rio Olympics and achieving his overall goals.

Cedenio, a Flow Brand Ambassador, visited his alma mater, Presentation College, San Fernando for the Annual Career Day on Wednesday 5th October 2016.
Speaking to a packed classroom with other Presentation College past students on Sports related careers, Cedenio shared details of how he made the decision to be a track and field athlete and who inspired him.

He also talked about the fact that his success is not his alone, but the hard work of an entire team who ensures that he is healthy, fit and at the top of his game. Machel joined other successful past students of Presentation College, like the Honourable Faris Al Rawi, Attorney General for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Honourable Clarence Rambharat, Minister of Agriculture and Dr Barry Copeland, holder of the Order of Trinidad and Tobago and Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of the West Indies who shared their experiences to assist students from the College and other secondary schools in San Fernando and South Trinidad in deciding on their future career goals.
